Three years of research: The path to the perfect formula

The creation of LEX by Nemiroff was not a spur-of-the-moment decision. It is the result of over three years of painstaking work by six master distillers. During this time, over 100 tastings were carried out to achieve the perfect balance of flavour and aroma.

The master distillers use botanical distillation in a copper alembic – a traditional method typically employed in gin production. Linden blossoms and local honey undergo a special treatment in copper alembics, resulting in a fragrant spirit with delicate floral nuances. This is added to the drink, creating a complex, multi-layered profile.
